Studio Legale Petragnani Ciancarelli is a law firm founded on the longstanding experience of Attorney Andrea Petragnani Ciancarelli, grandson of its founder, Attorney Paolo Petragnani, who established the eponymous firm in 1936.

The particular international training of its members, derived from specific experiences abroad, enables the Firm to handle cross-border assignments, also based on agreements with similar professional structures in other countries.

The Firm focuses its activities within the maritime and yachting sectors, addressing the needs of its national and international clientele, including operators, professional associations, and private shipowners.

In the field of maritime law, the Firm is particularly active in providing advice and assistance in drafting national and international contracts for the construction, sale, and charter of pleasure boats and superyachts, in matters of tourist ports and public property, post-sale assistance, maritime insurance issues, historic naval vessels, assistance and salvage, nautical labor, national and international maritime litigation and arbitration, and operations for the sale and transfer of tourist ports and shipyards to foreign investors.

The main office is located in Rome near Piazza Ungheria, where the Firm was originally established in the post-war period.
